All Members
Admins can switch the Canvas Library to the All Members view to see every user’s canvases, images, and profile information in one place.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Canvas Library
Step 2: Switch to All Members
Use the segmented control in the header and choose All Members.
What it combines
- Firestore user profiles
- Firestore project (canvas) documents
- Firebase Storage image asset listings
- Node and connection counts derived from saved canvas documents
How to read it
- Canvases means saved Firestore project documents — not just anything visible in Storage.
- Assets means files under Firebase Storage.
- Nodes and Connections come from saved canvas documents.
A member can show image assets but 0 canvases
This happens when Storage still has files for a user, but Firestore has no visible saved project document. Common causes: old pre-fix orphan assets, a deleted project, or browser-local state that never synced.
Don’t assume this means data was reset — inspect the user’s profile, project documents, and Storage assets separately before concluding anything. See Canvas Shows Assets But No Canvases for the troubleshooting path.
